NEIL MACDOUGALL Drums & Vocals Neil MacDougall has been performing live in many outfits for the past 10 years and is now an integral part of The Kicks. Having secured a BA in Music Composition, Neil is currently working on writing music for short films, animations and radio jingles. With a good number of works under his belt, he is becoming not only a drummer to be reckoned with, but also as a well respected composer in his own right! As a session drummer, Neil plays over 200 gigs per year however, he still finds time to tutor drums and write new compositions for various projects. Neil is endorsed by Jalapeno Drums and Los Cabos drumsticks. He wont use anything else.
Not only is Neil one of the highest regarded drummers in Scotland, he's also a highly sought after drum teacher, working with children as young as 4 to seasoned professionals who want to brush up on their chops.
